Description
How well do you want your bike to roll and for how long?
Your wheels spin more than any other part of your bike, and having the best bearings for this application is crucial to producing the best performance. At Enduro bearings we design our hub bearings for maximum performance and longevity for this specific application. Our hub bearings feature deep grooves in the races to accommodate the largest balls possible, to help withstand the constantly changing multidirectional loads that we put on them. We also utilize premium materials to ensure longevity. We design and source all of the various bearing components (balls, races, seals and grease) from suppliers from all over the world.
The Enduro line of hub bearings are available in high-carbon chromium steel, black-oxide treated chromium steel, 440C stainless steel, and three levels of ceramic hybrid. All Enduro ceramic-hybrid bearings feature grade 10 Silicon Nitride balls (CH with chromium steel races, Zero Ceramic with black-oxide treated races and lifetime-guaranteed XD15 super-stainless at the top of the line). Our bearings are always engineered with deepest groove races possible to accommodate the largest balls and feature dual-lip seals that ride in a micro-groove creating a full labyrinth to provide superior protection against the elements and to retain 90% fill of high-pressure waterproof grease.

The ultimate upgrade
An Enduro Bearings exclusive, our XD-15 Ceramic-Hybrid bearings combine corrosion-proof, cryogenically treated nitrogen steel races with Silicon Nitride Grade 3 ceramic balls in a proprietary process that results in the ultimate high performance bearing setup. The deep-groove design raceways allow for maximum sized Grade 3 Silicon Nitride ceramic balls for for increased contact area and improved performance and longevity. Dual-lip labyrinth (LLB) seals protect from the elements, and contain the 90% fill Kluber NBU52 grease that runs smoother with time and is highly resistant to being washed out.
The most impressive feature of XD-15 ceramic-hybrid bearings is, unlike other bearings, they only get better with time and use. As the bearings wear-in, the super-hard ceramic balls actually make the XD-15 races even smoother. So, when compared to other ceramic-hybrid bearings on the market that claim speed and power advantages on day one, Enduro XD-15 bearings not only provide the same initial advantages on day one, but will become faster and smoother with time and use, while the other ceramic-hybrid options will only get slower. We are so confident in the performance of XD-15 Ceramic-Hybrid bearings thate offer an unlimited lifetime bearing and race warranty.
This size bearing is used primarily in hubs.

CO VV Enduro Zero, Black-Oxide, Ceramic Hybrid, ABEC-5, radial bearing (C3 clearance)
Enduro Zero, Ceramic-Hybrid, ABEC-5, radial bearing featuring black-oxide treated 52100 high-Carbon Chromium alloy races paired with Grade 5 Silicon-Nitride Ceramic balls with 90% fill, high-pressure, water-proof grease. Si3N4 ceramic balls reduce bearing wear and increase bearing life by eliminating steel on steel contact within the bearing. Black oxide/magnetite treatment to the races provides an extra level of corrosion resistance and extended worry-free performance. VV seals are our lightest contact design, allowing for the fastest spinning bearing we make, though not as protective against the elements as our LLB or LLU type seals.
Radial bearing generally used as a hub bearing, and can be used as a pivot bearing though the MAX-type version of this bearing is better suited for suspension use.

CH LLB – ABEC-5, Ceramic-Hybrid, radial bearing (C3 clearance)
This ABEC-5, Ceramic-hybrid bearing features deep-groove design 52100 High-Carbon chromium alloy races, with grade 5 Silicon-Nitride Ceramic balls, dual-lip labyrinth (LLB) seals to withstand the outside elements, and to contain the 90% fill Mobilux NGLI 2 high pressure water proof synthetic grease.
