Terms of Service:
- Available for any bicycles regardless of brands (I.e. Giant, Trek, Merida, Tern, etc.)
EXCEPT bike from department stores (e.g. giant, aeon, tesco, mydin etc), or bike condition relatively poor. - All service & repair are carried out by our trained mechanics and on a “best effort” basis.
- Available on 7 days (Monday – Sunday). Under normal circumstance, service & repair works will be completed and ready for collection on the same day.
- After 7pm, you may drop-off your bike at shop for next day service & repair.
- Service & repair are scheduled and completed on a first-come first-served basis. Fast turn-around time and your satisfaction is our goal to get your bike back on the road!
- Due to limited of space, it is important that you collect your bike on specific collection date.
- All service & repair are completed within the given quote. However, actual cost may vary if other problems are found during the services & repairs, we will seek your approval before we proceed with the additional works.
- All our works is covered by a 14-days guarantee against faulty workmanship.
