TLV03 is the S2HCYCLE model for the VT002 knurled white-sleeve metal replacement core. It is intended for bicycle inner tubes that use a removable and replaceable Pesta FV core. It is also compatible with tubeless bicycle valves that use a removable and replaceable Pesta FV core with a matching interface. The core controls airflow and sealing inside the compatible valve body.

Compatibility
Use with a bicycle inner tube that has a removable and replaceable Pesta FV core. It is also compatible with a tubeless bicycle valve that has a removable and replaceable Pesta FV core with a matching interface.
Not suitable for a fixed or non-removable valve, Schrader valve, coreless tubeless valve, or proprietary special valve system. It is not claimed to fit every tubeless valve design. Inspect the existing valve and core before ordering.
Installation and Care
- Fully release tyre or inner-tube pressure before servicing the valve.
- Confirm that the existing core unscrews and compare its interface with TLV03.
- Use a proper valve-core tool on the tool flats to remove the old core.
- Install TLV03 carefully and tighten it snugly without excessive force.
- Reinflate the tyre and check valve operation and leakage.
A valve-core removal tool is not included.
