TOOPRE TOL20 GLUELESS INNER TUBE PATCH KIT

When a compatible bicycle inner tube develops a small puncture, TOL20 provides a compact emergency repair option without requiring a separate glue tube. Each transparent soft-rubber patch has a self-adhesive backing. Prepare the tube surface with the included metal abrasive pad, peel the backing, centre the patch and press firmly.

WHY IT HELPS
– No separate glue tube required: the adhesive is already applied to each patch.
– Thin, flexible patches: approximately 0.28 mm thick to sit close to the inner-tube surface.
– Surface-preparation tool included: the metal abrasive pad lightly roughens the repair area to support adhesion.

HOW TO USE
1. Locate the puncture and remove the inner tube.
2. Use the abrasive pad to lightly roughen an area slightly larger than the patch. Avoid heavy sanding.
3. Remove dust and make sure the repair area is clean and completely dry.
4. Peel off the backing, handle the patch by the edges and centre it over the puncture.
5. Press firmly for about 1 minute, especially around the edges.
6. Check that the patch is attached, reinstall the tube inside the tyre and then inflate.

COMPATIBILITY AND LIMITS
– Intended for small punctures in compatible bicycle inner tubes.
– Not for tubeless tyre casings, tyre cuts, tears, blowouts, split seams or valve-base damage.
– Inner-tube materials and surface finishes vary. Compatibility with TPU, latex or every tube type is not claimed.
– Treat a self-adhesive patch as a temporary roadside repair. Inspect the repair and replace a damaged tube as soon as practical.
– Do not test by overinflating the repaired tube outside the mounted tyre.
