TOOPRE OTR35 is a replacement or upgrade pulley for compatible bicycle rear derailleurs. It combines narrow-wide teeth, ceramic balls and a CNC-machined 7075 aluminium body. Black 10T and Black 12T are available from ready stock.

The Riding Problem
A worn pulley can affect chain guidance and smooth rotation. Before replacing it, check whether the problem comes from the pulley, chain, derailleur adjustment or another worn component.

How OTR35 Helps
The alternating narrow and wide teeth are designed to help keep the chain engaged on the pulley. Ceramic balls support smooth pulley rotation. Correct selection and installation are essential for the pulley to work properly with the rear derailleur.

10T: Recommended for road rear derailleurs used with a largest cassette sprocket of 30T or smaller.
12T: Recommended for MTB rear derailleurs or medium-cage road rear derailleurs used with a largest cassette sprocket of 32T or larger.

These are selection guidelines, not universal fit guarantees. Confirm the actual derailleur model, chain, original pulley size, upper or lower position, mounting width, bolt arrangement and cage clearance. Changing pulley size does not increase the derailleur manufacturer’s rated maximum cassette sprocket capacity.

Important Compatibility Notes
Supplier guidance excludes SRAM road 12-speed chains.
Shimano 12-speed compatibility is not confirmed for every chain and quick-link combination. Verify the actual setup before purchase; do not assume changing a quick link will make it compatible.
A suitable bolt diameter alone does not confirm fit.
Upper and lower pulley positions must be checked separately.

What Is Included
1 x TOOPRE OTR35 pulley in the selected size
1 x reducer sleeve for 4 mm mounting
1 x reducer sleeve for 5 mm mounting

The reducer sleeves adapt the pulley mounting bore for suitable mounting arrangements. No installation tools are included. To replace two pulleys, purchase two pieces after confirming both positions.

Installation Guidance
1. Identify the original upper and lower pulley positions, orientation, spacers and mounting arrangement before removal.
2. Install the compatible pulley with the appropriate reducer and required original hardware. Follow the applicable derailleur instructions for orientation and tightening.
3. Check free rotation, correct chain engagement, cage clearance and shifting throughout the gear range before riding.

Confirm compatibility with the actual bicycle system before installation. Seek workshop assistance if you are unfamiliar with derailleur pulley replacement.

Care and Maintenance
Keep the pulley clean and inspect the teeth, mounting hardware and bearing operation. Check for damage, rough rotation or excessive play. Use maintenance guidance appropriate to the actual bearing construction; do not assume ceramic bearings are maintenance-free.

This pulley does not guarantee prevention of chain drops, derailleur damage or chain breakage. It cannot correct unrelated drivetrain wear, incorrect adjustment or incompatible installation.
