Fee Categories & Descriptions:
- Warranty Large Component Fee
- Applicable Items: Frames, Forks, Wheelsets, and other large-sized components.
- Fee Breakdown: Inspection fee + Labor cost + Basic shipping (includes reinforced packaging).
- Pricing: RM100/item (forks, wheelsets) / RM150/item (frames).
- Warranty Small Parts or Electronics Parts Fee
- Applicable Items: Electronic devices, electronic shifters, cranksets, derailleurs, brake components, and other small-sized parts.
- Fee Breakdown: Diagnostic report + Packaging fee + Courier shipping.
- Pricing: RM30/item (flat rate).
