Returns & Exchanges

For your returns or exchanges to be valid, you must fulfill below returns policy:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt. For international orders, please email us at services@s2hcycle.com within 7 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must not have sign of worn like scratches.
  • Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost. This does not apply to defective/incorrect item.
  • Buyers hold full responsible until the parcel reach us.
  • Please make sure that the package is packed up properly and can’t be damaged on the way.
  • We recommend using courier services with tracking numbers so as to minimize the risk of loss parcel.
  • Store credit will be issued into your account upon receiving your merchandise.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective/Incorrect Items

If you have received a defective/incorrect item, please send us an email at services@s2hcycle.com and we will make necessary arrangements with you and send a replacement to you.
